Initially the company focused on interior renovations working with companies such as Halpern Building Corp., Pavarini Construction, AP Construction, and W&M Properties among others. As the company grew, we began taking on more diverse projects such as the entertainment facility New Roc City for Cappelli Enterprises. At New Roc, in addition to the core and shell and tenant fit-out work, PCW also completed all of the theme work surrounding the ice rinks, bowling alley and movie theatre. PCW continues to expand its resume to include projects in the following sectors:

Current Projects

Bristol @ Farmingville, NY – A 120,000sf, 146-unit assisted living facility located in Suffolk County. Work consists of installation of structural panels, work on the partial, above-grade basement. Interior construction consisted of framing, soffit, doors, frames, hardware, cabinetry, wood base, closet assemblies and window installation.

Completed Projects

Wyandanch Rising Building B – A residential urban renewal community consisting of two, 150-unit apartment buildings and 30 town homes in Wyandanch, NY. Contract for the apartment building includes all interior carpentry, drywall, rough and finish carpentry, insulation and acoustic ceilings, structural framing of first floor retail spaces, and exterior siding with hardi and fypon trim. Installation of structural panels and trussed roof system.

Clarfeld Wealth Strategies – A 25,000 square foot complete build-out interior office space for SL Green / RXR

Pace University – A unique project consisting of structural and interior framing, installation of welded door frames and all specialty ceilings for Kirchoff-Consigli Construction Management.

BK @ Lake Grove – A 130,000sf, 136-unit assisted living facility located in Suffolk County. Work consists of installation of structural panels supplied American Panel Tec, work on the partial, above-grade basement, and the decorative Mansard roof which gives the effect of 70 dormer windows. Interior construction consisted of framing, drywall, soffit, doors, frames, hardware, cabinetry, wood base, closet assemblies and window installation.

NYU School of Nursing, NY – A new 11-story building on First Avenue in downtown NYC. Our work consists of structural framing, exterior wall installation and sheathing. The finish exterior wall is a Rianscreen system manufactured by Shildan. It consists of terracotta panels on vertical and horizontal supports installed over a waterproof membrane (which was installed by others).

The Bristol, Sayville, NY – A 108,000 square foot, 135-unit assisted living facility located in Suffolk County, NY. This is a structural wall system and concrete plank building. Included in the design is a 1,000 linear foot, framed Mansard roof. Work consists of setting wall panels, framing structural and non-structural walls, gypsum board installation, insulation, acoustic ceilings, doors, hardware and cabinetry and wood trim. White Plains Assisted Living Center, White Plains, NY – A 144,000 square foot, 148 bed renovation of the Saint Agnes Hospital site. The interior work consists of a full build out including 136 rooms as living quarters, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a theater, swimming pool and a full-size operating kitchen. The challenge here was to renovate the three buildings, all of which used different methods of construction over the years. Hence, a higher level of budgeting, coordination, scheduling, and assisting in design was provided to the owner. PCW will install all walls, ceilings, windows, and finish carpentry items. A new façade will surround the entrance of the building but keep the traditional look of the previous landmark structure. Engel Burman Group, Sydney Engel, 516 887-9600

Sutton Court at Woodcliff Lakes, NJ – A 3-story, 131,000 square foot, 143-unit assisted living facility located in Bergen County, NJ. Work consists of installation of structural panels supplied American Panel Tec, work on the partial, above-grade basement, and the decorative Mansard roof which gives the effect of 70 dormer windows. Interior construction consisted of framing, drywall, soffit, doors, frames, hardware, cabinetry, wood base, closet assemblies and window installation.

The Bristol, Armonk, NY – A 3-story, 120,000 square foot, 138-unit assisted living facility located in Westchester County. Work consists of installation of structural panels supplied by American Panel Tec; installation of roof trusses and mansard finished off with a standing seam roof at the first floor; and, installation of a cement, brick-panel by Nichiha on the façade to give the look of brick. Interior work consists of framing, drywall, soffit, doors, frames, hardware, cabinetry, wood base, closet assemblies and window installation.

Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, et al, White Plains, NY – A 110,000 square foot interior renovation for a large national law firm. Work consisted of framing. Project was very detailed and included sound-controlled conference rooms.

Toys R Us, White Plains, NY – A 55,000 square feet retail space consisting of framing, drywall, ceilings, doors, frames and hardware.

Nordstrom Rack, White Plains, NY – A 35,000 square foot retail space consisting of framing, drywall, ceilings, doors, frames and hardware.

Zucker Hillside Hospital Center . Glen Oaks, NY – This new building located at the LIJ Hospital Center is a 105,000 square foot building. Our work here is a joint venture with Facade Technology to construct the exterior of the building. The design consists of groups of soffits and piers called "Pods" making this a challenging project to frame. The finish application is a Swiss Pearl product from Switzerland referred to as a "Rain Screen" which consists of pre-cut panels made on a Z-girt system. This system allows water to drain between the panel and the exterior wall. The panels consist of many colors which were randomly installed to meet the architectural design.

Grant Park Apartments, Yonkers, NY – A five-building housing complex consisting of 4 buildings with a total of 110 apartments and one community center building. In addition to all interior construction the project included installation of structural wall and floor joist systems, an engineered roof truss system and installation of a three-color Hardi lap siding facade. Sutton Court Assisted Living Center, Northport, NY – A 118-room, 114,608 square feet living center including amenities such as a Salon, Theater and Dining Room. The design of the building contained a center hub and four wings off of the hub helps to keep a flow to the structure. The method of construction used structural wall panels and concrete plank floors. The exterior of the building consists of E.F.I.S. and a cement based siding made by Nichiha. The design used was a red brick pattern along with the Tan E.F.I.S. and window Keys. The expedited schedule had construction complete 10 months after the first structural wall was set.
